That’s right, Decision Toolbox, instead of having a single headquarters in a high-rise office building, has employees work at home from Atlanta to Oregon to New Zealand. That includes Chief Executive Kim Shepherd and founder Jay Barnett.

“You can make a lot of money, depending on how hard you want to work,” she said. “I don’t need as much money. I need more time and flexibility because I have two grandchildren with two more on the way.”
