Who knew there was a “Fiber To The Home Council”? Many places would just like ANY Broadband service as long as it’s not satellite.

Americans with fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) Internet connections telecommute an average of one-third of the time, according to a Fiber-to-the-Home Council-sponsored survey conducted by RVA Market Research.

And 10% of respondents used their FTTH connections to run a home-based business.

In April, the business was fined $1.3 million for more than 12,000 counts of deceptive practices in Arkansas. That money hasn’t been paid.
