Springfield VT has been chosen for the premier of the Simpsons as reported in the Burlington Free Press.
That just goes to show that if Bart Simpson can have Springfield Vermont as his fictional home and not have a New England accent, anything is possible including having wild success in all your work at home ventures and never having an advertisement that isn’t profitable!

I am one of 200 volunteers who appeared in the winning Springfield Vermont video. After we won, our local Chamber of Commerce turned their backs on us. They excluded us from the premiere, giving our seats instead to the elite in town. Not even a mention of us in the public ceremony outside the theater.

Sorry to hear it Ed, but somehow I’m not surprised. The volunteers do all the work and the self appointed politicos take the credit.
