How LiveOps.com Identifies Their Best Operators And Pays Them More

Chuck’s Note: You can read all our LiveOps related posts here. You can check here if you’re coming to this page because of an outage at the LiveOps site.

As I’ve said previously, a friend of mine went to work for LiveOps.com and he’s very happy with the company.

Here’s how LiveOps.com selects the Best Available Operator to take the call from VentureBlog:

The key to the LiveOps platform is that it tracks and manages each individual answering phones as an autonomous agent. And each agent is characterized by a set of data that makes up that agent’s profile. So imagine that my mom decides to make some extra money by becoming a LiveOps agent. When she first starts to answer calls, the system will have very little information about her. But over time it will gather data about the job she is doing. The LiveOps platform will learn things like how quickly she answers a ringing phone, how many minutes is her average phone call, how satisfied are the callers with the outcomes from her calls, how many of her calls result in sales, what is the average amount of money spent on a call she takes, how often does she manage to up-sell the caller, etc. Using all of this data, when a call comes in, the LiveOps platform is able to rout the call, not to the next available operator, but rather to the best available operator. And that is LiveOps’ unfair advantage.

This means of course that they top operators get the most calls and if their pattern holds true, more commissions. Since LiveOps.com operators are paid by the minute and by commission, the company routes the calls to the most effective operators. That means the better you work from home, the more money you’ll be able to make. It’s a win - win - win situation for you, LiveOps.com and the customer.

LiveO is absolutely SWARMED with applications from the show, if the weren’t already crowded with them before. Before it aired it took at least a month to hear back from them, now that the show has aired, there is not telling how long it will take to get a response to your application. Just keep that in mind.

I was at the park with my 3 kids and I met my girl there with her 11 year girl. I just met a girl with 4 kids at the park yesterday. Her youngest is 6 weeks old. I am an at home mom. I told her I am an Artist and jewelry maker. I told her I was trying to do some from home for extra money. I also told her I have been researching for 5 months for at home jobs. She told me she had been researching for 2 years! She said there is a lot of scams out there. She told me she paid a small fee. Yes, some people say you should have to pay nothing. I guess they have to eat like anyone else? She has been working with Live Ops for 2 months now. She told me she files out her 1099 form for taxes. She loves it. She set her own hours. Her husband said she is no longer stressed out. I am going to do this too. :-)

I am a liveoips agen and there is no fee to work with them, but you have to pay for your background check of $30 like any other ligit company, and you can make as much as you want to. It is your own business you are building.
