According to the Roanoke Times, VIPDesk.com is seeking to hire 500 home based customer service reps to serve the “fashion industry”. The position requires a well equipped home office with PC, broadband, etc. plus a knowledge of the “high end” clothing world. No salary figures were given. Home based customer service reps though normally earn a base hourly plus incentive.
Monday, the company put out a call for hundreds of workers needed to support two fashion retailers by talking with customers, taking orders and recommending products. Applicants are being asked to apply online.
