I ran across an interesting site called Checkomatic.com today and it’s all about business checks and related items. The site is clean and inviting to surf, and if it had been around in those days, it would – like today – have been worth looking at.
I used to run a print newsletter business and could have used something like this. I used QuickBooks to run the business and wished I’d used preprinted Quickbook checks instead of handwriting every check. Had the business continued to grow as it did and I hadn’t sold it, we’d have had to switch to something like this fairly quickly. Don’t worry, if you’re old fashioned like I was, you can still get the manual checks.
If you’re mailing anything at all, you’ll want to consider this section on business envelopes. Having pre-printed business envelopes that carry your message or your logo (which they’ll print FREE on checks or envelopes) will help you keep reinforcing your message to your customers.

This is quite cool. I like the idea of the logo and message on envelopes. If I buy something from an online business and it doesn’t have their logo, I always question their professionalism, and commitment to their business.
