This might be another reason people become “permanent students”… some blog advertisers are willing to pay big bucks (relatively speaking) for blog postings linking back to their sites from .edu domains.
So if you’re able to host a personal blog at an .edu domain, this may be your opportunity to earn some extra money for school… and maybe a whole lot more.
