Squidoo.com is a great place to build websites, that is, “lenses”.
For one thing you DON’T have to know html, though it helps.
You don’t need to know Search Engine Optimization either, though it helps. Depending on the relative keyword scarcity for a particular keyword, squidoo pages can come up pretty high. Plust once people are at squidoo, the site tries to promote other “lenses” that may be of interest to readers.
You also don’t have to pay hosting fees either.
(There are more technobabble reasons, but these should suffice.)
So Squidoo is pretty good all around.
