Should You Seek Outside Investors For Your Business?

Should you seek outside investors for your business idea?

If you do, you should be sure there is proper disclosure of all risks of loss.

Investors who expect quick returns though minimize the potential for loss.

Is that what happened in Philadelphia this week?

Reuters is reporting that the death of 4 business people in Philadelphia is related to business investment gone bad. The shooter believed the business people had defrauded him out of $200,000. Perhaps they had… perhaps it was just his perception.

People eager to invest money in something the believe will make them a “killing” are very friendly.

After the investment is lost with little hope of return, the idea of “making a killing” can turn in another deadly direction.
