If you can teach something in person as a business where you are, but you can’t do it full time because there’s not enough demand, have you considered teaching it “virtually”?
Virtual classrooms can actually give the instructor better feedback than looking at people in a big room…you can include activities that require them to respond by a mouse click, data input,etc. and you can determine instantly what needs to be changed to the the group on track.
It might also give your teaching business the “critical mass” it needs to expand.
