Easy to learn and use, neither site has been down for the 2+ years I've been with CM. Site building is way better than anything else I've found. Easy, reliable and cheap - just what I need. Also, they do not have phone customer service. They only have "get back to you when we feel like it" on-line support. When your website is down, you cannot use the on-line support since it goes through your website. Note: you still have to pay even if your email or site was down for part of the month.
