The Korea Times (English Edition) relates how virtual venting creates real life problems in the workplace!

I guess if you work by yourself at home, you wouldn’t have this problem. But then again, it might mean you’re annoying your potential customers.

For some netizens, virtual postings have turned into real-life problems.

Kim, an office worker in Seoul found that his colleague Lee was acting strange. He later realized that Lee was offended by Kim’s expression of disappointment and anger toward a certain political party on his web blog. Lee was a fervent supporter of the party.

“He told me that he was disappointed to see how narrow-sighted I was and how I lacked insight on politics,” said Kim, who refused to reveal his first name. “I had always thought that blogs were private spaces where I could express my thoughts freely…. My personal comment on a political party has ruined a relationship with my colleague.”
