    This is accurate as far as I can see. One thing that wasn’t mentioned in this is article is that it is less expensive to incorporate in Arizona than almost any other venue.

    The annual filings in Arizona are affordable, and most “maintenance” notices are virtually free.

    To change an Arizona corporation’s place of business, the Secretary of State assess $10.
