My choice would be 2CO, but my evidence shows me that PayPal is great for purchases under $20 - must be some sort of mental barrier where the user doesn&#039;t mind spending such small amounts from PayPal - they don&#039;t see it as a &quot;real&quot; purchase, just a bit of small change spending.</description>
