A while back I wrote about Juvaa, they’re the company that is in building mode to help individuals be able to secure advertising assigments that pay them to drive around town.
There are many programs that charge you a fee, then send you to several agencies who might be able to help you get one of these jobs. Sometimes you’ll see them in Craigslist. I’ve seen a few at least… in somewhat small city markets where the advertiser had no contacts.
With Juvaa, you’re dealing directly with an agency, not someone selling agency listings. They don’t make their money from your sign up fee because their is none. They make their money by finding real advertisers who want to pay for your rolling billboard.
They take their money when YOU get paid… you actually never “pay” anything. The adveriser is paying your fee and theirs.
I asked them how they were doing, and here’s the update:
The most important fact to update is that they’re changing their name to Kaching Promotion Media. (For now, you can still sign up at the Juvaa.com site and I’m sure you’ll be redirected when the new site’s up.)
We currently have signed up 986 associates to turn their cars into rolling billboards. One of my partners lives in the D.C. metro area, and is a veteran of the advertising industry, so we are currently tapping into her contacts in that region to roll out a limited scope test run. We are in the process of recruiting several potential advertisers for a larger-scale rollout–in several different markets–within the next 8-12 weeks.

Just a quick update on our business. We have amicably parted ways with our D.C. partner. “Philosophical differences” would aptly describe the reasons why. I won’t go into much detail other than to say that we would most likely be monetized by now had we not brought her on.
Additionally, we are no longer rebranding as Kaching, a decision made based on the fact that we now own the Google search term “Juvaa” and that our 1300+ subscribers know us as Juvaa. Currently, we stand approximately 6-8 weeks from first client aquisition. We thank everyone who has signed up, and we appreciate your patience during our period of incubation.
