How NOT To Market On MySpace

October 27, 2006 by Chuck | 0 Comments

If you want to market on MySpace, here are some things you definitely DO NOT want to do.

They’re from Michelle MacPhearson, the creator of Badder Adder a MySpace marketing tool.

1. Don’t Mass Message from accounts you want to keep! You’ll be accused of spam.
2. Limit Friend Requests to about 300 for new accounts.

3. Stop URL Spamming. Send people to your profile page on MySpace, not your sales page on comments, etc.

4. Remember MySpace is for SOCIAL NETWORKING first and foremost. Be social, not a fool.
