I&#039;d be interested in being a guest on your program.  I have a book that will be coming out in the next 60 days called:  How I turned $3,000 in to over $1,000,000 of PAID OFF, BANK OWNED JUNK HOUSES in less than 12 months.  

I show the average person how that can use their IRA or 401k to buy homes for 10k-15K, sell them will seller financing for double or triple what they paid for them and have a monthly income of $300 to $400 off each home.  This is an amazing program because the rate of return for the investor on the low end is as high a 24% a year and they have a contact to sell the home that is double or triple what they paid for it and they earn the 24%.   

I have a kit where I teach the average person how to duplicate what I did and continue to do.  They can work part-time or full time day one.  

The amazing thing about this is these homes are plentiful if you know where to look and how to talk to the bank.  The buyers are desperately looking for affordable housing at this price point we sell it to them cheaper than what it would cost to rent, and the banks are anxious to dump their Junk... so everyone wins.
