PrestoGifto is now ready for beta testing for web site owners and bloggers wishing to use the contextual software to generate Cafe Press commissions.
PrestoGifto is a tool that makes it easy to sell products you like on your website or blog. You choose the products, write the descriptions, pick the colors, and we create a storefront for you that you can incorporate into your website. If the products come from a merchant that has an affiliate program, you can earn commissions when your site visitors buy products we display on your site.
For example, right now you can pick any products sold by CafePress, which means literally millions of different designs and products. If you are a member of CafePress’s affiliate program and give us your affiliate ID, we’ll embed it into the links we display so you earn 20% commissions on products your site visitors buy from your store.
We’re not part of CafePress. We like what they do, and wanted to make it easier for people to sell CafePress merchandise on their website or blog.
We support PrestoGifto by including our affiliate ID in some of the links we display in our tool, so we receive the commissions when a visitor clicks on those links. Most of the links use your affiliate ID (if you gave it to us). We include our link in one of out every five links that we display. You can always see which affiliate IDs are in each links by putting your cursor over a link, pressing the right-hand button of your mouse, and selecting “properties” in the menu that appears. We do this substitution so we can help our customers make money, support the tool, and avoid any lengthy signup processes, credit card information, upfront charges.
