I can’t remember what print journal I saw this in over the weekend… I believe it was the Atlanta Journal and Constitution.
The Federal Workforce has reached it’s high water mark agewise and has crested. Now and huge number of Federal Employees are within 10 years of retirement so the government is working to be more employee friendly.
They’re advertising in low cost marketing areas in the middle US primarily and trying to be more “employee friendly” by improving the options to telecommute and have more flexible schedules.
The ads drive traffic to USAJOBS.gov
