Thanks for sharing. I'm interested to know how you'd describe the opposite or positive of "Ground Floor"? As long at the compensation plan is sound, the products are good and the company is in for the long haul, isn't it better to get in at the beginning? Who wants to join a company that's saturated, like Avon, Tupperware or any of the other ones?? This is really great!!! Thanks for sharing.
