That is surprising. I started my own home business after I was laid off from my telemarketing job...GO Figure its #7 on the list. I guess it helps knowing that there have been lots of layoffs, makes you feel a bit better about not having a "real" job. I have also found another blog that I subscribe to that provide biz information for entrepreneurs <a href="http://www.dalbeyblog.com/" rel="nofollow"> www.dalbeyblog.com</a>, its really helped me to stay on the right track! Even though there are so many layoffs I hope more and more people will realize that there are other choices! Who knows any job can make the top 10 list! Wow! That is surprising.
