And I couldn't manage it without moderation. I can't believe how many people run around promoting their sites without adding value. They use the same cookie cutter comments for every site they visit. I know this because I've actually searched for their "I like this site. It's fun. I like Hummers. Visit www.stupidhummer...." or "Interesting point about MBAs. There's a new MBA website at www.new-mba-spam-site...." I imagine some of these are bots, but, other times, I know there's a real person out there who's just too lazy to come up with anything original.
