I said it's legality was questionable due to many local ordinances. I also questioned whether people would be paid so my complaint isn't simply the "Bandit Signs". In many counties this is not only **not** illegal, but it's even protected by local freedom of speech laws, though this is certainly not true for most counties that are pro-censorship. Also, lots of reputable marketing agencies consider signs a viable small part of the big promotional picture (bandit signs are great for branding) and I'm not sure that they like having their service branded as borderline crooked.
