This is virtual office opportunity.
Candidate must have previous mortgage experience.

We are looking to fill two openings.
1. Virtual loan officer.
2. On site assistant interview representative. (residual income)

• No origination license required, as we are a bank
• In house real estate company
• Realtor program where realtors send YOU business (guaranteed)
• Loan officer referral fee
• Flexibility to work remotely (work from your home office)
• In house processing
• we will legalize your realtor solicitation efforts. As a charter bank, mortgage companies and mortgage brokers can not compete due to referrals for compensation being illegal. Realtors will rather work with you not only because you now represent a bank, but in addition your compensation to them will be totally legal.
• Aggressive commission splits
•You will have access to over 300 loan products.
•We do not have any start up costs.
• processing done for you at no cost
• MARKETING BONUS PLAN Up to $30k per year, that’s $2,500 a month. Your advertising budget will be paid by Pan American.
