You are right the ones that you have to pay are a scam and they end up being the same thing you get for free.I was in a tight and did it and they got the money and never responded to my email.

You may spend money if it is a start-up or a business opportunity with a reputable company, but never spend money to buy a list or pay for something that you could get elsewhere for free. This sounded shady from the start. Anyone making promises of getting rich or earning tons of money for doing pratically nothing is a scam.
