I don’t think it’s easy to find clients for any start up business, whether it be in the field of medical billing and/or coding or software. However, and I don’t mean to be insulting, but after reading all the posts on this page I think I can make one profound observation that will definitely help you understand why it might difficult for you to find work. None of you seem to know how to write Standard English. I don’t think there is one post that I read that isn’t filled with egregious run on sentences, poor grammar, and spelling errors, to mention just the obvious. Of course physicians aren’t hiring you if that’s how you present yourselves to do a function which relies on one’s ability to clearly and accurately create (write) a bill! If you can’t write professionally and proficiently, physicians are simply not going to trust you to perform their billing and/or coding procedures. After all the billing and coding procedures are the life blood of any business. If they’re done improperly it could cost the medical practice or institution money, or could delay payments, which effects cash flow, and also costs money in the end result. After all their practices are businesses, and doctors are smart enough to realize that most of them are not businessmen and women, and that’s why they hire and contract out the business functions of their practices. Therefore you can be sure they’re only going to hire the best to trust with their revenues, and hence their incomes.

I seed out broucher of my company name and a little about why doctors should out source their billing.
