My wife told me the other day that until she met me, she didn’t know there were so many ways to make money.
For example, a friend of mine has a contract with the state to provide transportation to people needing rides to the city for medical care, physicals, etc.
These are probably folks on medicaid, youths in foster care, etc.
It pays the driver $10.50 plus 50 cents per mile.
A trip to the big regional med center could clear a driver over $100.
Now, I realize that such income isn’t going to make anybody rich… but for people with no job whatsoever… that’s pretty good especially in areas with a low cost of living.
For folks on a pension wanting extra money, it’s very good.
And while the person is in the physician’s office, you have the opportunity to do something else to generate income…
