Give them the ZIP code and the item’s weight, and they can tell you the exact rate for first-class postage, media mail, parcel post, priority shipping, UPS and DHL.

They have reached the level of “Silver Power Sellers,” which means they average between $3-5,000 per month in sales. The money they make helps to fund their Five Stone Ministries, which provides goods, services and information to parents of “special needs children.” James’ 19-year-old son, Daniel, has Angelman syndrome, a neurological disorder that causes difficulties with learning and motor functions. Through Five Stone Ministries, James and Parchert draw on their own experiences to help other parents.
