Sometimes Customers Forget

February 27, 2006 by Chuck | 0 Comments

It pays to keep in touch with people.

Sometimes that customer who patronized you frequently and seemed like a friend for life - and then who suddenly dropped off the face of the earth - isn’t mad.

Maybe they just “forgot”.

I know, we all like to think we’re “unforgettable”.

But we are very forgettable.

So an email or post card every once in a while can’t hurt.

It may “reactivate them” quickly.

At the very least, the effort should pay for itself in good will and extra sales now or in the near future.
