According to Karen Deis, it may well be time to prime the pump for spring and summer profits if you’re in the mortgage loan or homebuyer business.

If that’s you, it’s time to…

1. Market to apartment dwellers who have the urge to stop paying rent… first time home buyers.

2. Target people who are remodeling their homes or planning too…

3. Contact Builders who may be easier to track down.

4. Contact Companies and offer to provide employees information on real estate loans and “prequalify” potential home buyers.
