Premier Books Direct has grown into a highly successful “Shopping at Work” business which supplies bargain priced, high quality book and gift items to the general public at their place of work. Independent Premier Books Direct distributors deliver product throughout every major city in North America each week.
A selection of products is placed with a representative of the company being visited. It is left at the organization for an agreed upon time period, usually one week. That way everyone has a chance to look at it and make their decisions at their convenience without a sales person there to influence them. The local Independent Premier Books Direct distributor returns to collect the samples and deliver the products required. It’s that simple. Every four to six weeks the same outlets are visited with a different selection of sample products.
Although the method is simple it is also highly effective and millions of people are purchasing through this system every year.

Please read Dsmax the Aftermath under companies on the internet. You never get to pick products. You recieve 3 quarters junk. products you get come from other distributors who quit and garbage moves on. you mustgo to territory they supply. you must do quotas. You can’t sell your own businesss to anyone else. YOu are never really an independant business and you have almost no say as to how you proceed with this business. If you suck up you can get some good product. but not for long. door to door scam gone into business offices. You should be linking to dsmax the aftermath and warning people that this is there clearance division.

Premier Books seems like a decent, flexible company to work for….appearences are deceiving, however.
The first shipment of products you get WILL be good quality merchandise, and you’ll find many businesses that will let you place with them. Following product selection quickly turns to dollar store fare.
The company will tell you that, once established, you can make your own hours, and work part-time if you wish. this is a lie, as the higher-ups will never stop screaming for you to get more customers, and more sales.
The company will also tell you that you can set your prices, and keep anything over the company’s set base price. Also, a lie.
Worst of all, when you get new shipments, it will often have many items listed on the packing slip/invoice that are not actually delivered. the company tells you to take a full inventory before signing the reciept of delivery, but how many truck drivers are going to sit there waiting the 2 or 3 hours it takes to do that? You get shorted, and you have to make up the difference out of your own pocket. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM!!!
