If you use mail for marketing or fulfillment, expect some hassles this holiday season.
Here are some things I’ve run into personally.
1. Two sisters who live together in the same house in the next state, mailing their separate Christmas cards to my wife on the same day to the same address from the same town have their cards arrive approximately 4 business days apart.
2. I ordered a health product for trial from a company in Maryland, several states away on November 30th.
They ship it December 6th (why it took so long they can’t explain).
It’s STILL NOT HERE and it’s almost January.
