If you’re trying to get something accomplishe.d, there’s nothing worse than having to deal with a voice mail tree that seemingly never ends.
My favorite trick is to wait till the end of the message and see if I hear “if you have a rotary dial phone, please hold for an operator…”
Then I know that by holding I can get a human.
