Who said there were no legitimate work at home packaging jobs?
From WVLT Chattanooga, TN…
CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. An mother in Ooltewah is earning money while helping the war effort _ and without leaving her kitchen.
Lisa Barrett’s home business, C and C Industries, is a government supplier of spare parts for Army night vision goggles and other optics-related equipment.
Under a Department of Defense contract, she seals the pieces she assembles in plastic bags and sends them to an inspector to make sure they meet standards.
Barrett does most of the work when her two young children, ages four and one, are in bed or on weekends when her husband can watch them.
She spends about 20 hours a week and expects to clear around 30-thousand dollars this year.
