“Real” Home Based Jobs (i.e. not scams) are hard to come by. This one’s “for real” if you’re a talented seamstress willing to work from home.

Project Alabama is looking for dedicated people with the ability to run their own business from home. “What we are looking for are people with good hand stitching experience, able to construct a garment and teach other people to do the same because our garments are made by hand from start to finish” sakd JoAnn Stokes of Project Alabama.

ProjectAlabama.com is associated with PlantingStitches.org, a non profit economic development project that aims to employ talented seamstresses whose work is still of value to niche markets but who no longer have work in the nearly extinct old South’s textile industry.
